Famous Bangladeshi TV actor Mahfuz Ahmed has moved towards direction over the last few years. Earlier Mahmfuz Ahmed was directed two drama serials ‘Amader Nurul Huda’ and ‘Tomar Doa-e Bhalo Achhi Ma’. Both were much well-liked by the TV viewers. Also he has directed several single-episode dramas. Now Mahfuz is busy for directing a latest drama serial, ‘Choita Pagol’.Celebrity Mahfuz says that 'Twenty episodes of “Choita Pagol” have been shot already. Channel-i will be telecast the serial from next month. The story: A naive young man, whose name Choita, whom the villagers call him “pagol” (mad), remains well for 11 months. For a month every year, Choita turns insane. The villagers use Choita and make him do all kinds of work but when he turns “mad,” everybody avoid him. Even when he goes without food for days, nobody comes to his support. The story addressed the conscience of our society. One more interesting thing, for first time James has done the theme song for a TV serial. Really I'm very excited; hope the song will be popular'.
